Representatives of official Kiev impede the work of the Humanitarian Subgroup, the DPR Ombudsman Daria Morozova told reporters.
“Today we can state the following: the Ukrainian side in every way impedes the work of the subgroup on humanitarian issues. They don’t want to conduct the exchange and to introduce the amnesty law, agreed with us.
We are waiting for concrete steps from our opponents, our side insists on the introduction of amnesty and the prohibition of prosecution of our guys. We are not satisfied with the tricks of the Ukrainian side and promises to discuss laws on Donbass at the following session of the Verkhovna Rada, while the previous one is still ongoing. I note that we are against small exchanges and insist on the implementation of the 6th paragraph of the Package of Measures, namely, the exchange according to the “all for all” formula.
Let me remind you that the President of a neighboring state put his signature under the Minsk agreements, and he must be the one who deals with exchanges. The result is obvious – no exchanges, no step-by-step fulfillment of their obligations, no desire to compromise,” Daria Morozova, Human Rights Ombudsman in the DPR, told reporters.
