On 20 March, staff of DPR Ombudsman Office held an on-site reception of citizens at the City Administration of Khartsysk.
Six citizens of Khartsysk asked for Ombudsman’s advice and assistance in restoring their rights. At the reception, citizens raised issues related to providing solid household fuel, pension, extending the validity of IDP certificates, appealing a court decision, and recognizing a DPR serviceman killed in the line of duty.
Representatives of Ombudsman Office gave advice and provided detailed clarification of the norms of the current legislation. Some of the issues had been resolved right away.
As regards issues demanding further consideration, written appeals were accepted for further review by the DPR Ombudsman within her competence.
