Donetsk People’s Republic has not received any new suggestions from Kiev concerning the prisoner exchange, DPR Ombudsman Daria Morozova said. “We have not received any official proposals from the Ukrainian side. There were no informal proposals as well,” said Morozova.
The DPR Ombudsman stressed that it was impossible to have a meaningful dialogue at the Minsk negotiations of March 14 due to the absence of Ukrainian authorized representatives.
Earlier, Kiev’s representative in the humanitarian working group, a leader of the movement “Ukrainian choice – the right of the people” Viktor Medvedchuk said that Kiev was allegedly negotiating with the DPR and the LPR on the next round of exchange under the formula “109 for 37”.
