The list of detainees confirmed by Ukraine and handed over at Minsk talks on 19 June contains ninety-four names, said DPR Human Rights Ombudsman, DPR representative to the Humanitarian Subgroup Daria Morozova.
“The Ukrainian side officially confirmed holding 94 DPR citizens on their territory,” the Ombudsman said.
The information was provided by Kiev representatives at the meeting of the Humanitarian Subgroup on 19 June. As a result of this meeting, the parties reportedly agreed to harmonise the list of detainees. Meanwhile, according to the Ombudsman, there are 251 persons detained in Ukraine.
Earlier, Daria Morozova said the exchange was possible to take place in autumn, provided that Ukraine would timely carry out all the procedures.
