The meeting will take place the day after tomorrow. The Ukrainian side, however, has not sent any written positions. Not a single proposal. That is why I hope that the second round of elections would somehow influence the situation in Minsk. I think there should not be such situations in the Humanitarian Subgroup. We must be effective. These are humanitarian issues, which must not be subject to politicizing or involved in any political games, because each of these cases is critical to people’s lives. We have no right to spend a year doing nothing. We urge to and insist on the full operation of the Humanitarian Subgroup.
